ABB变频器主电路分析法特点

主电路分析法就是从变频器的主电路着手,分析引起故障的原因与解决方法。根据经验,一般遇见ABB变频器主电路故障时,可从以下几个方面着手。
The main circuit analysis method starts from the main circuit of the frequency converter to analyze the causes and solutions of the faults. According to experience, in case of main circuit failure of ABB frequency converter, we can start from the following aspects.
2.1滤波电容所引起故障
2.1 fault caused by filter capacitor
故障原因:电网电压不稳,和内部温度过高,元件性能不好。
Fault cause: unstable grid voltage, high internal temperature and poor component performance.
解决方法:①主要是设备不稳,易受电磁干扰;
Solution: ① the equipment is unstable and vulnerable to electromagnetic interference;
② 更换优质元件,改善通风条件。
② Replace high-quality components and improve ventilation conditions.
2.2变频器超温
2.2 overtemperature of frequency converter
故障原因:风扇不转、风道堵死。
Fault cause: the fan does not rotate and the air duct is blocked.
解决方法:①检查风扇线圈是否损坏;
Solution: ① check whether the fan coil is damaged;
②清理冷风道积尘鬟爹如缺油卡死的应先加轻油、在加些固体润滑脂;
② Clean up the dust accumulated in the cold air duct. If the servant father is stuck due to lack of oil, he should first add light oil and some solid grease;
③在更换新冷风风扇时,要注意有的风扇带自动转动信号,有的不带风扇转动信号,换原型号风扇。
③ When replacing a new cooling fan, it should be noted that some fans have automatic rotation signal and some do not have fan rotation signal. Replace the original fan.
2.3输出电流过大
2.3 excessive output current
故障原因:输出电流超过设定极限、跳闸。
Fault cause: the output current exceeds the set limit and trips.
解决方法:①检查电机负载是否短路;
Solution: ① check whether the motor load is short circuited;
②检查电机制动器是否完全打开;
② Check whether the motor brake is fully opened;
③检查机械转动装置是否运转灵活;
③ Check whether the mechanical rotating device operates flexibly;
④判断异步电动机运转过程中是否有温升、有异味、有异响等现象;⑤在确定电机和绕组线圈故障后,更换时注意原有型号和参数。
④ Judge whether there is temperature rise, peculiar smell and abnormal noise during the operation of asynchronous motor; ⑤ After determining the fault of motor and winding coil, pay attention to the original model and parameters during replacement.
2.4制动器故障
2.4 brake failure
故障原因:制动器运转不到位,到位信号限位不起作用,制动器机械故障。
Fault cause: the brake does not operate in place, the position signal limit does not work, and the brake has mechanical failure.
解决方法:

①检查制动器供电是否正常;
① Check whether the brake power supply is normal;
②检查制动器机械传动是否正常;
② Check whether the mechanical transmission of the brake is normal;
③检查制动器线圈故障;
③ Check the brake coil fault;
④检查制动器限位及返回信号;
④ Check the brake limit and return signal;
⑤检查接触器是否正常;
⑤ Check whether the contactor is normal;
⑥接触器主电故障,是由某一触点接触不好或是接触端子螺钉松动,采取修复和更换新元件,制动器损坏应采取从新下线和更换,更换时注意原有型号和参数。
⑥ The main electrical fault of the contactor is caused by poor contact of a contact or loose screws of the contact terminal. Repair and replace new components. If the brake is damaged, it shall be removed from the line and replaced. Pay attention to the original model and parameters during replacement.

2.5编码器故障
2.5 encoder failure
故障原因:变频器检测到编码器反馈回来的数据信号出错或与通讯中断。
Fault cause: the frequency converter detects that the data signal fed back by the encoder is wrong or the communication with the encoder is interrupted.
解决方法:

①检查编码器与电机或设备连接是否正常;
① Check whether the connection between encoder and motor or equipment is normal;
②检查编码器信号电缆是否完好;
② Check whether the encoder signal cable is intact;
③检查编码器与控制板的连接;
③ Check the connection between encoder and control board;
④检查编码器是否受周围设备干扰;
④ Check whether the encoder is disturbed by surrounding equipment;
⑤校正编码器位置,排除其它干扰。
⑤ Correct the encoder position to eliminate other interference.
2.6干扰故障
2.6 interference fault
故障原因:主要是传导干扰和电磁感应干扰。
Fault cause: mainly conducted interference and electromagnetic induction interference.
解决方法:

①主要是检查各接地线是否良好;
① Mainly check whether all grounding wires are in good condition;
② 检查各屏蔽线是否连接正常。
② Check whether all shielded wires are connected normally.
