我们要做这个接线,首先要准备一个塑壳断路器和三个加热管。这边我们选择德力西的塑壳断路器,加热管任意选择3个就可以了。

对于塑壳断路器接加热管,可以有两种不同的接线方法,一种是星形接法,一种是三角形接法,接线方式决定了通电电流电压状态,所以说加热管的接线方式很重要。下面以三个加热管元件为例讲解。

星形接法:
Star connection method:
三个加热管元件,每个元件的首端连在一起(这个点称中性点),三个尾端分别接三根相线,这种接法叫做星形接法。星形接法可以将中性点引出作为中性线,也可以不引出。
Three heating tube elements, the head end of each element is connected together (this point is called neutral point), and three phase wires are connected to the three tail ends respectively. This connection method is called star connection method. The star connection method can lead out the neutral point as the neutral line or not.
注意:三个加热管额定电压220伏时,可以用星形接法。如果三个元件电阻值不同,则中性点应该接零线。
Note: when the rated voltage of three heating tubes is 220 V, star connection method can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
三角形接法:
Triangle connection:
加热元管每个元件的首端接另一个元件的尾端,三个接点分别接三根相线,这种接法叫做三角形接法。三角形接法没有中性点,不可以引出中性线。
The head end of each element of the heating element tube is connected to the tail end of another element, and the three contacts are respectively connected with three phase wires. This connection method is called triangle connection method. There is no neutral point in triangle connection, so it is not allowed to lead out neutral line.
注意:三个加热管元件额定电压380伏时,可以用三角形接法。如果三个元件电阻值不同,也不影响这种接法的可行性。相同的加热管,三角形接法是星形接法加热功率的三倍。
Note: when the rated voltage of three heating tube elements is 380 V, the triangle connection method can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, the feasibility of this connection method will not be affected. For the same heating tube, the heating power of triangle connection is three times that of star connection.
总的来说,三相电加热的星形接法和三角形接法主要取决于加热管的工作电压。
Generally speaking, the star connection and triangle connection of three-phase electric heating mainly depend on the working voltage of heating tube.
如果是220V就接星形,如果是380V就接三角形。如果是380V的采用星形接法,则达不到加热管的额定功率,实际功率为原来额定功率的约三分之一左右。
If it's 220 V, it's a star. If it's 380 V, it's a triangle. If star connection is adopted for 380V, the rated power of the heating tube can not be reached, and the actual power is about one third of the original rated power.
